She moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and became a part of the station KNXV-TV as a morning news anchor, also serving there as an editorial director. The station is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group and airs various news programs each week, and also has syndicated programming, airing sitcoms, reality and game shows and the like, sharing broadcasting rights with nearby stations.

They also air around 40 hours of locally produced newscasts. She is often seen as the co-anchor of the program “News 4” which airs several times during the afternoon. They also have 10 PM broadcasts during the weekdays. For her work with WSMV, she’s gained numerous awards over the course of her career, including Emmy Awards, and Murrow Awards for her work in the field.

Some of her most high profile coverage has include the Antioch theatre shooting which led to the death of one, and the Blue Angels Crash in which a pilot was killed along with eight people on the ground due to the pilot losing consciousness while doing an air show at the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort. She’s also covered various presidential visits in Nashville, and this lead her to be rewarded as the Best News Anchor of 2015 by the Tennessee Associated Press.

Personal Life and Social Media

For her personal life, it is known that Tracy is married to former professional basketball player Frank Kornet. He is known for being a player for the National Basketball Association (NBA) team, the Milwaukee Bucks from 1989 to 1994. They had a private wedding ceremony which was attended by close friends and family. They have three children together, all of whom have pursued careers in professional basketball, with her eldest signed to the New York Knicks in 2017.
