Melissa Lee was born on 4 November 1974, in Great Neck, New York State USA, of Chinese ancestry, and is a TV news anchor and reporter, best known for her work with CNBC. She also became the temporary host of “Closing Bell” when the anchor is unavailable, which is named after the bell that is rung to signify the end of the trading session on the NYSE.
