So that your processes run stably and safely, sensors and accessories make it easier, for example, to inspect a piece or sprue during injection mold removal. For maximum safety when it comes to, for example, monitoring active gripper components, such as pneumatic cylinders, guide blocks or grippers. The additional flexibility is provided by various magnetic field and proximity sensors, which we provide with either a PNP or NPN switching output. FIPA miniature light sensors use the reflection principle for reliable optical part detection. It does not matter how and where it’s mounted or whether it’s light or dark switching. Regardless of which material you detect: an LED always indicates the switching status. If you are looking for a solution that combines sensor signals with other signals via an AND/OR logic function, inverts signals or converts them from PNP to NPN, then our range of signal transmitters solves these problems directly on the gripper to save space. The range is covered by two to twelve-sensor signal inputs. More inputs can be realized by cascading multiple FIPA sensor relay switch boxes.

Reflective sensors by FIPA
Any mounting position, light or dark switching: FIPA miniature light sensors use the reflection principle to safely detect parts optically. Reflective sensors of the LT19 series also detect transparent plastic workpieces. All models have an LED for displaying the switching status. A broad range of fittings makes integration with FIPA grippers simple.
